Senpai Pierre-Luc

I discovered karate at the age of 13 with Hanshi Roman Szyrajew, and I continued my training until I was 17 years old. I took a break for a few years to start a family. It was at the age of 30 that I rekindled my passion for Kyokushin when I introduced my children to the practice of this sport.

Over the years, I have participated many times in local knockdown competitions in both fighting and Katas. I am now more invested in this discipline than ever before, as it is an integral part of who I am and an essential part of the teaching staff.
