Introducing Our Fall 2025 Karate Promotion

At Shinka Dojo, we believe in celebrating the strength, discipline, determination, and resilience that our students display. As we look forward to the Fall 2025 karate promotion, we are excited to highlight the progress our students have made in their journeys through Kyokushin karate – a martial art known for its rigorous demands and powerful spirit.

The True Spirit of Kyokushin Karate

Kyokushin karate is not just a sport; it's a way of life. It teaches practitioners how to push their limits while maintaining respect for themselves and others.

The tagline "One thousand days of training is a beginner. Ten thousand days is a master," by Mas Oyama, emphasizes the commitment required to achieve mastery in this full-contact martial art. Our dojo instills this philosophy into each of our classes, encouraging both young and adult students to cultivate not only physical strength but also mental fortitude.

Why Train at Shinka Dojo?

Choosing the right dojo is crucial for your martial arts journey. At Atshinka Dojo, we provide authentic full-contact training that adheres to the principles of Kyokushin karate. Here are a few reasons why training with us could be beneficial:

  • Authentic Full-Contact Training: Our training sessions rigorously follow the traditional methods of Kyokushin karate, ensuring that you learn in an environment that respects the roots of this art.

  • Respect & Discipline: We emphasize respect and discipline in every class. These values not only improve your martial arts skills but also play a significant role in personal growth.

  • Conditioning & Strength: Our training layout focuses on building physical strength and conditioning, which are essential for effective self-defense.

  • Expert Instruction: Learn from certified Kyokushin practitioners who have years of experience and are dedicated to nurturing the potential within each student.

As we gear up for the upcoming promotion, students are reminded to stay committed to their training schedules. We encourage everyone to continuously challenge themselves, as resilience is a key trait we foster here at Atshinka Dojo.
